Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years in an HR role, with at least 3+ years as a business partner.
• Experience in growth and departmental transformation.
• Strong communicator with hands-on ability.
• Effective coaching and facilitation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of HR practices and local laws.
• Ability to work in ambiguity.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using data for decision-making.
• Passion for innovative HR solutions.
