Overview

Attentive is seeking a highly skilled and people-first Manager to lead our team of Implementation Consultants responsible for Attentive’s largest, most complex, and most strategic customer launches.

In Short

• Manage, mentor, and grow a team of Implementation Consultants.
• Oversee complex onboarding projects for high-value customers.
• Act as an executive escalation point for strategic customers.
• Establish best practices for strategic implementations.
• Drive consistency in project delivery.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success leadership.
• Collaborate with Product and Solutions Architecture teams.
• Influence strategic customer strategy in executive conversations.
• 5+ years of experience in Professional Services or Program Management.
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SaaS or marketing technology.
• 1 - 3 years managing teams delivering to enterprise accounts.
• Demonstrated success in leading complex SaaS implementations.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills.
• Experience in SMS, Email, or MarTech platforms preferred.
