Overview

As a Senior Implementation Manager at Fountain, you will manage the implementation process for customers, ensuring they are set up for long-term success with Fountain's suite of products.

In Short

• Lead the implementation process for Fountain customers.
• Collaborate with sales to define project scope.
• Manage customer relationships throughout the implementation phase.
• Handle medium to large-scale implementations.
• Serve as a product expert and support customers in using Fountain software.
• Conduct virtual consultations and optimization strategies.
• Perform complex data migrations and CSV imports/exports.
• Understand corporate recruiting processes and terminology.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in implementation or project management.
• Advanced understanding of HR space and workforce management.
• Experience with ATS, CRM, or HRIS systems.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and ticketing systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills for technical concepts.
• Ability to travel for customer kickoff meetings.
