In Short

  • Identify, prospect, and generate new B2B leads in target industries
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders
  • Understand client hiring challenges and position Fountain’s solutions effectively
  • Prepare and deliver impactful product presentations and demos
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Customer Success, Product) to ensure client satisfaction and smooth onboarding
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Keep CRM systems up to date with accurate sales activities and pipeline data

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably SaaS or HR Tech
  • Proven track record of end-to-end sales cycle management
  • Strong skills in lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline building
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment
  • Ability to understand client needs and map solutions effectively
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus
