In Short

• Build, maintain, and optimize data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to orchestrate transformations.
• Develop and maintain dbt models across multiple warehouses.
• Work with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements.
• Assist in migrating to a Kafka-based streaming architecture.
• Implement data retention and GDPR compliance workflows.
• Monitor pipeline health and optimize query performance.
• Contribute to infrastructure-as-code practices using Terraform.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in data engineering or similar roles.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python, with experience using dbt.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with data lakes and warehouse technologies.
• Exposure to streaming and CDC technologies.
• Understanding of data modeling and performance optimization.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and storage services.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tooling.
• Strong communication skills and collaborative attitude.
• A proactive, curious attitude with a desire to learn.
