Overview

As a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager at CVS Health, you will be responsible for financial forecasting and analysis within the Medicare Pharmacy segment, working cross-functionally to support the business.

In Short

  • Responsible for financial forecasting and analysis.
  • Work cross-functionally with various teams.
  • Build and maintain forecast and budget models.
  • Develop and communicate financial projection assumptions.
  • Create effective reporting for leadership reviews.
  • Analyze drivers of variances to forecasts and budgets.
  • Enhance processes for financial detail support.
  • Assist with NBE reporting during Bid season.
  • 5+ years of financial planning & analysis experience required.
  • Ability to travel up to 5%.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
  • Medicare or Pharmacy experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Time management skills amid competing priorities.
  • Experience with Hyperion financial planning system.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Products.
