Overview

We’re hiring a manager to support the Chief Product Office’s Business Finance team. This person will act like a CFO, working closely with senior product leaders to provide clear insights, strong analysis, and strategic advice to help the business make smarter decisions and improve financial performance.

In Short

• Serve as a primary point of contact for Finance inquiries.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders for analytical support.
• Lead processes for Forecasting and Annual Planning.

Requirements

• Qualified CA/CMA, MBA Finance preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in a Finance role.
• Experience using driver-based models for forecasting.
• Solid understanding of net sales and reporting.
• Proven track record with workflow process improvements.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter with ability to work autonomously.
• Ability to manage time and competing priorities.
• Experience in a complex, matrix organization.
