Overview

Coinbase is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to support the development of the annual budget and ongoing forecasting processes, while collaborating with various teams to drive insights and decision-making.

In Short

• Support the development of the annual budget and ongoing forecasting processes.
• Review month-end close activities in collaboration with the Accounting team.
• Create business review materials and lead presentations with functional leadership.
• Develop tools and resources for budget allocation and financial reporting.
• Work cross-functionally on P&L forecasting and headcount management.
• Develop impactful presentation materials for leadership.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis and special projects as requested.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years experience in an analytical and/or planning role.
• Experience with financial modeling and analysis.
• Outstanding analytical skills and a passion for metrics and data.
• Self-starter who is intellectually curious.
• High competence in sophisticated problem solving.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
