Overview

Varicent is seeking a highly analytical and motivated Finance Manager to join our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team, where you will own the creation and preparation of business analyses and provide actionable insights to support executive decision-making.

• Collaborate with department heads and C-level executives for budget development.
• Prepare detailed analytics and sophisticated financial models.
• Develop comprehensive investor and internal reporting packages.

Requirements

• 6+ years in FP&A, preferably in the SaaS industry.
• CPA or CFA designation preferred.
• Highly adaptable and driven to take ownership of deliverables.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Advanced capabilities with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Adaptive Planning and Netsuite is a strong asset.
