Overview

As Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis, you will be responsible for driving insights into the financial performance for the NetworkChoice business within CVS Health’s Pharmacy Services segment.

In Short

  • Lead Financial Planning & Analysis activities for a portion of the P&L.
  • Develop budgets and forecasts for the NetworkChoice segment’s P&L.
  • Analyze financial performance and profitability drivers.
  • Conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis for strategic decisions.
  • Establish financial planning processes and systems.
  • Leverage business intelligence tools like Alteryx and Tableau.
  • Manage and develop a team of direct reports.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in finance or related fields.
  • Extensive knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, and SAP is a plus.
  • Ability to deliver accurate and timely results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • History of working with big data.
  • Healthcare experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Outcomes-oriented mindset.
  • Desire to learn new technologies.
