In Short

• Lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting for a fast-growing API-driven trading brokerage.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and performance insights to drive strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced fintech environment.
• Maintain complex forecasting models and oversee the budgeting process.
• Build and update financial models for scenario planning and investment evaluations.
• Assist with monthly/quarterly financial closing processes.
• Prepare reports for internal management and external stakeholders.
• Perform variance analysis on financials and key business metrics.
• Handle ad-hoc requests and special analyses.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years in finance with experience in financial modeling and data analysis.
• Advanced skills in Excel, G-Suite, SQL, Python, or similar systems.
• Strong analytical abilities for variance analysis and metric tracking.
• Excellent communication for reports and presentations.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to evolving industry regulations.
