Financial Planning and Analysis Manager - Remote

Overview

The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will play a crucial role in strengthening and expanding financial forecasting and reporting processes at Wild Alaskan Company, collaborating closely with various stakeholders.

In Short

• Lead analysis and reporting on supply chain costs and marketing initiatives.
• Compile competitive pricing analysis and support forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Develop and maintain financial models aligned with business drivers.
• Monitor financial performance with variance analysis and KPI tracking.
• Project manage cross-functional workstreams for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the Data & Analytics team for accurate data access.
• Conduct scenario planning and sensitivity analysis for decision-making.
• Support implementation for financial planning systems.
• Oversee the work of FP&A analysts as the team grows.
• Participate in other duties and special projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in management consulting or corporate finance.
• 2+ years in a high-growth startup, preferably in eCommerce.
• Strong analytical skills and expertise in data analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience with databases and BI visualization platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid project management experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
