Overview

The Member Experience Specialist is the face of Wild Alaskan Company, responsible for interacting with members and potential members, embodying company values, and ensuring high satisfaction through effective communication.

In Short

  • Respond to inquiries from members via live chat, email, and phone.
  • Maintain high satisfaction rates and quick response times.
  • Assist with order issues, cooking, recipes, and account management.
  • Communicate with empathy and prioritize member needs.
  • Report on member behavior and contribute to content generation.
  • Represent company values in all interactions.
  • Participate in continuous improvement meetings and daily stand-ups.
  • Complete other duties and special projects as assigned.
