• Manage execution and analysis of paid media campaigns.
• Perform daily campaign management and optimization.

• Lead structured test-and-learn strategy for performance improvement.
• Partner with data & analytics team for performance analysis.
• Manage the end-to-end creator platform process.
• Lead strategic meetings with channel partners and vendors.
• Maintain up-to-date understanding of digital advertising best practices.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in ecommerce performance marketing.
• Experience managing substantial monthly budgets.
• Expertise in Meta and Google platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
• Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continual learning.
