Overview

The Performance Marketing Manager will drive user acquisition for KOHO, a financial technology company, by designing and managing user acquisition campaigns across various paid media channels.

In Short

• Lead user acquisition campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, TikTok, and Apple Search.
• Utilize AI tools for audience segmentation and campaign optimization.
• Develop strategies to optimize customer acquisition cost (CAC) and maximize lifetime value (LTV).
• Conduct A/B testing on creative content to improve campaign performance.
• Create performance dashboards and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing.
• Experience managing multi-channel campaigns focusing on major platforms.
• Strong understanding of adtech infrastructure and customer lifecycle optimization.
• Experience with subscription-based marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with AI marketing tools is a plus.
• Mobile app growth experience is desirable; fluency in French is a plus.
