Overview

As a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist at KOHO, you’ll play a crucial role in the planning, execution, and optimization of our acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies across multiple lifecycle marketing channels to drive measurable business impact.

In Short

  • Assist in developing, planning, executing, and maintaining email, push notification, in-app, and SMS marketing campaigns.
  • Support Lifecycle Managers in identifying and segmenting customer groups for targeted marketing initiatives.
  • Work closely with Lifecycle Managers to build and maintain multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Support A/B testing plans to measure and optimize campaigns.
  • Assist with content calendar planning and contribute ideas.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of lifecycle marketing campaigns.
  • Stay updated on evolving tech and trends for best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing.
  • Experience with Braze (email marketing platform) is mandatory.
  • Good to have: Experience with customer data platforms (like Segment).
  • Basic knowledge of customer segmentation and data analysis.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry or fintech is a plus.
