In Short

• You will own, develop and enhance KOHO’s financial models in various platforms.
• You will support KOHO’s annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
• You will assist the Finance team in implementing and developing processes for management reporting.
• You will support the Head of Banking in all analytics and materials preparation.
• You will support the Director of Strategic Finance, CFO, and CEO in capital raising.
• You will lead and execute additional direct projects critical to the successful launch of KOHO Bank.
• You will support special projects, including investment analysis and long-term financial planning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Finance.
• Professional designation preferred (e.g. CPA, CFA).
• A self-starter who owns their work and seeks to improve.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to a dynamic business.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Perpetual student with grit and an inquiring mind.
• Database (SQL), VBA, or other programming knowledge is desirable.
