The Lifecycle Marketing Specialist will support the design, execution, and optimization of lifecycle marketing programs, guiding patients through their Prenuvo journey and driving engagement, retention, and repeat scans through multi-channel campaigns.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in lifecycle or email marketing.
• Experience with lifecycle marketing tools like Braze or Iterable.
• Understanding of segmentation and customer journey principles.
• Familiarity with analytics tools like Looker or Amplitude.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks like CAN-SPAM.
• Experience in healthcare or technology industry is a plus.
