As a Senior Implementation Manager at Bestow, you will lead enterprise-level onboarding and implementation projects for major insurance carriers, ensuring efficient and high-quality implementations.

• Own end-to-end implementation process and serve as primary contact for clients.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in implementation or program management.
• Proven success with complex enterprise implementations.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Deep understanding of the insurance industry is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience with documentation tools.
