The Data Analytics Manager at Bestow will lead a team of analysts to deliver data products for the life insurance market, ensuring high quality data governance and technical contributions.

Requirements

• 10+ years in data analytics or related field.
• At least 3 years in a people management role.
• Expertise in SQL and data modeling.
• Proficiency in dbt and data transformation layers.
• Experience with data governance initiatives.
• Knowledge of real-time data architectures.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with cloud frameworks (GCP, AWS, Azure).
• Ability to coach and grow analysts.
• Experience with monitoring data pipelines.
