Requirements

• Track record in Program Management or Technical Implementations.
• 3–5 years of FinTech experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Familiarity with APIs and technical concepts.
• Experience managing complex projects.
• Customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment.
• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
