Risk Operations Lead - Remote

Overview

Lithic is hiring a seasoned Risk Operations Lead to own planning, execution, and continuous improvement of our Risk, Fraud, and Dispute Operations as we scale and support a broader scope of financial services clients.

In Short

• Own execution and continuous improvement of fraud, dispute, and chargeback operations.
• Build and scale the Risk Operations team’s training and quality assurance programs.
• Collaborate with leadership to establish KPIs and manage team performance.
• Manage team’s capacity between OKRs and incident response obligations.
• Build relationships with customer-facing teams to enhance risk operations support.
• Define internal tooling requirements and write BRDs and PRDs.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in fraud and dispute operations.
• Support risk assessments, compliance testing, and audits.

Requirements

• 5+ years of financial services operations experience.
• 2+ years in a management role.
• Ability to foster a cohesive culture across remote teams.
• Expert knowledge of Federal Regulations E and Z, NACHA guidelines, and payment rules.
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
• Advanced skills in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
