Senior Implementation Manager - Remote

In Short

• Lead end-to-end migration of clients to RxSense’s products and services.
• Manage multiple complex client implementations simultaneously.
• Drive implementation strategy and oversee execution.
• Identify and mitigate risks during implementations.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver status reports and executive-level presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales and Account Management.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to junior team members.
• Document action items and maintain transparent communication.
• Foster a high-performance culture emphasizing accountability and engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Pharmacy, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in PBM, healthcare, or managed care environment.
• 2+ years of experience in implementation or project management roles.
• Experience with PBM systems (e.g., RxIQ Enterprise, Medispan).
• Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, etc.) preferred.
• Experience with JIRA, Google Workspace & Microsoft Product Suite.
• Remote position with limited travel (typically quarterly).
