Overview

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for receipt of new cases and ensuring proper system drafting and setup. The CSR also is responsible for taking direction and facilitating the case assignment/scheduling process.

In Short

  • Intake new cases and verify information and requests.
  • Draft cases by entering information into the Dane Street system.
  • Assign/schedule new cases to physicians for review based on various requirements.
  • Monitor, process, and track cases to meet deadlines.
  • Update clients frequently on cases in progress.
  • Ensure proper documentation for specified cases is provided to the client.
  • Maintain exceptional communication skills.
  • Work from home with technical requirements for internet services.
  • May involve lifting, bending, and long periods of sitting.
  • Other duties as assigned based on business needs.

Requirements

  • An Associate’s Degree is preferred.
  • Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Ability to apply critical thinking and manage time efficiently.
  • Computer literacy and typing skills are essential.
