Overview

The National Account Sales Director for BeatBox Beverages is responsible for developing and increasing the company’s business & executing the sales and marketing programs for key national chains.

In Short

  • Sell new and expanded distribution of BeatBox brands to multi-unit, regional, and franchise chain accounts.
  • Develop a strong understanding of client business needs and pain points.
  • Communicate sales results to the BeatBox sales team and distributor networks.
  • Build follow-up plans on all new distribution and promotional activity.
  • Work with other National Accounts Directors to meet sales and distribution plans.
  • Manage budget allocations and execute against account plans.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed sales presentations for account reviews.
  • Uncover opportunities and grow volume in the target account base.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Ability to gather and use customer feedback to identify needs.
  • Diligence and ability to follow through on commitments.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to achieve performance goals with minimal direction.
  • Proven analytical skills and understanding of syndicated data.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in consumer products.
  • 5-8 years sales experience in the beverage alcohol industry.
  • Proven track record in building relationships with retail customers.
  • Experience with H-E-B chains strongly preferred.
