Overview

As the Regional Director of Professional Services, you will lead and scale our Technical Account Managers (TAMs) in the U.S., ensuring high-value advisory services that help customers successfully implement and adopt Atlan.

In Short

• Lead and scale the TAM function across the U.S.
• Manage hiring, onboarding, and training for the TAM team.
• Drive professional services growth and revenue.
• Ensure customer adoption metrics and implementation success.
• Define and shape Atlan's Professional Services strategy.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in Professional Services or Consulting.
• Expertise in data governance or metadata management.
• Experience driving PS revenue and forecasting.
• Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities.
• Comfort in cross-functional leadership roles.
• Experience in hiring and building high-performing teams.
