Director, Professional Services - Remote

Overview

Certinia is seeking an experienced Director for its Professional Services team to lead consulting delivery, manage a team of Implementation Consultants, and ensure customer success.

In Short

• Lead a team of Functional Implementation Consultants and Architects.
• Ensure continual education and training for the consulting team.
• Establish relationships with major customers in the AMER region.
• Join Sales teams to promote Certinia Professional Services.
• Act as Project Owner/Sponsor on customer projects.
• Implement systems for improved consulting performance.
• Support Account Executives in estimating efforts and creating Statements of Work.
• Manage resource planning and staffing for engagements.
• Develop and support strategic company objectives.
• Participate in cross-functional teams for product design and marketing.

Requirements

• Proven people management experience.
• Experience with senior stakeholders and project lifecycles.
• Evidence of implementing continual learning programs.
• Experience in software/ERP/PSA implementation projects.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to embrace change and new challenges.
