Center of Excellence Advisor - Remote

Overview

The Center of Excellence Advisor is a key role responsible for providing expert advice, guidance, and leadership to our Center of Excellence. The Advisor will work closely with CoE team members and partners across the organization to promote best practices, drive continuous improvement, and ensure the CoE's strategic objectives are met.

In Short

• Provide strategic direction and oversight for the Center of Excellence (CoE)
• Collaborate with CoE leadership to define and implement best practices, standards, and methodologies
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration within the CoE and across the organization
• Advise on the development and refinement of CoE services and offerings
• Monitor industry trends and developments to keep the CoE at the forefront of its area of focus
• Assist in the development of training and professional development programs for CoE members
• Serve as a liaison between the CoE and other organizational units, fostering cross-functional collaboration
• Provide mentorship and coaching to CoE team members
• Participate in the evaluation and selection of tools, technologies, and resources
• Assist in the management of CoE projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of related experience
• Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within IT governance
• Expertise in IT governance principles and practices
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Skilled in translating IT governance frameworks into actionable business plans
• Proficient in problem-solving and strategic thinking
• Experience in developing training programs for IT governance professionals
• Ability to foster cross-functional collaboration
• Adept at evaluating tools and technologies for CoE success
