Center of Excellence (CoE) Sourcing Manager - Remote

Overview

As the Center of Excellence (CoE) Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible for driving process improvements and optimizations across various sourcing functions, including RX Sourcing, CAPEX Sourcing, and Packaging Sourcing.

In Short

• Lead initiatives on improved sourcing processes and building best practices.
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sourcing performance.
• Provide sourcing expertise and process support to stakeholders across the organization.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders regarding process improvement.
• Identify and implement tools and methodologies that enhance sourcing efficiency.
• Analyze sourcing data and trends to uncover opportunities for improvement.
• Facilitate training sessions to enhance team capabilities.
• Develop regular progress reports to track the success of process improvements.

Requirements

• 5 years of sourcing or procurement experience.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent in Business Management or Supply Chain Management.
• Strong experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Excellent analytical skills to analyze data and derive insights.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage projects simultaneously.
• Attention to detail in tracking and reporting KPIs.
• Experience in pharmaceutical environments is a plus.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and sourcing software is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
