Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dynamic Product Specialist to oversee the maintenance of essential product-related documentation, analyze quality assurance data, and support training initiatives. This role is crucial in ensuring that internal teams and clients have access to accurate product information while facilitating effective training sessions to maximize performance and product knowledge.

• Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
