Overview

As we scale our people operations, we’re reimagining how our systems and data infrastructure drive efficiency, automation, and insights across Wrike. We’re looking for a Team Lead, People Systems & Analytics who can lead this evolution — developing a clear vision for how our HR systems, workflows, and analytics operate while also delivering hands-on support for day-to-day operations, workflows, automations, and reporting.

In Short

• Lead the vision and execution of HR systems infrastructure.
• Identify gaps and sources of friction in HR processes.
• Evaluate and optimize lifecycle workflows through automation.
• Build scalable people analytics strategies.

• Conduct end-to-end audits of key workflows.
• Manage one HR Analyst focused on systems optimization.

• Champion the responsible use of AI in HR processes.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in HR systems and people analytics.
• Experience with platforms like UKG and workflow design.
• Proven leadership skills with a focus on team development.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
• Effective communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Fluency in English and experience in multicultural settings.
• Knowledge of analytics tools like Power BI and Python.
• Experience with M&A activity in HRIS integrations.
• Innovation-driven mindset with a focus on AI tools.
• Ability to balance operational needs with strategic initiatives.
