Overview

As we scale our people operations, we’re reimagining how our systems and data infrastructure drive efficiency, automation, and insights across Wrike. We’re looking for a Manager of People Systems & Analytics who can lead this evolution — developing a clear vision for how our HR systems, workflows, and analytics operate while also delivering hands-on support, improvements, and reporting.

In Short

• Lead the vision and execution of HR systems infrastructure.
• Identify gaps and sources of friction in HR processes.
• Evaluate and optimize lifecycle workflows through automation.
• Build scalable reporting solutions using various tools.
• Strengthen data governance practices for HR data accuracy.
• Conduct audits of workflows to identify inefficiencies.
• Manage and coach HR system contributors.
• Define service level expectations for systems performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across global time zones.
• Drive automation in reporting and audits.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in HR systems and people analytics.
• Experience with platforms like UKG and tools like Power BI.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Ability to navigate complexity and prioritize improvements.
• Effective communication skills tailored for diverse audiences.
• Fluent in English and comfortable in a multicultural setting.
