Overview

As a Community Manager at Flipster, you will be responsible for managing and growing our community across various platforms, serving as the main point of contact for our Russian-speaking community, and ensuring user insights are communicated within the company.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in community management or marketing.
• Fluency in Russian and English.
• Deep understanding of Telegram, Discord, and community engagement platforms.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.
• Solid organizational skills and ability to work independently.
