Finance Business Partner - Remote

Overview

As a Finance Business Partner at Everfield, you will play a crucial role in the Financial Reporting and Analysis team, working closely with various stakeholders to ensure financial performance is aligned with the company's strategic goals.

In Short

• Prepare and deliver monthly reporting packs for business units.
• Prepare Quarterly Update Reviews to present to senior management.
• Plan and deliver annual budgets incorporating long-term expectations.
• Manage rolling forecasts for portfolio businesses.
• Interact with M&A teams to review modeling assumptions.
• Lead relationships with business units in your region.
• Participate in integration activities for newly acquired businesses.
• Support weekly sales pipeline reporting.
• Manage a team, including a Regional Financial Controller.

Requirements

• Self-starting personality suited for an entrepreneurial environment.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across diverse businesses.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Completed university education with a professional finance qualification.
• At least 5 years’ experience in a complex international environment.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Business Controlling/FP&A.
• Fluent in English and Polish.
• Strong communication skills in a multi-language setting.
• Able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Ideally have a background in fast-growing Technology or SaaS companies.
