Overview

The Meliore Foundation is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to serve as a trusted strategic partner to CommsHub, focusing on financial planning and analysis while building finance capability across a global organization.

In Short

• Lead variance analysis and annual financial planning.
• Monitor cash flow and flag liquidity risks.
• Produce financial analysis for decision-making.
• Develop financial models for scenario planning.
• Act as primary finance partner for CommsHub.
• Lead preparation of budgets for funding proposals.
• Oversee financial due diligence on grantees.
• Contribute to finance policy development.
• 5-8 years of relevant finance experience required.
• Strong analytical and communication skills needed.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of finance experience, ideally in a non-profit environment.
• Relevant professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA).
• Strong analytical skills and management reporting experience.
• Experience in grant finances and compliance monitoring.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Experience mentoring less experienced colleagues.
