Overview

As Campaign Director, you will lead the design and execution of Civic Bridge’s political campaigns across Europe, focusing on climate action and countering regressive forces.

In Short

• Lead the development of campaign strategies across priority countries.
• Oversee the rollout of campaign activities including message testing and content production.
• Manage in-country campaign teams and ensure culturally relevant execution.
• Develop resonant messages that connect climate politics to voter priorities.
• Integrate polling and research into message development.
• Collaborate with internal teams for cohesive messaging.
• Manage budgets and campaign metrics.
• Coordinate with distributed teams and external partners.
• Represent Civic Bridge campaign efforts as needed.
• Possibility of travel across Europe required.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in political or advocacy campaigning.
• Proven ability to lead complex campaigns from concept to execution.
• Strong understanding of political communications and media engagement.
• Experience managing teams and external partners.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages preferred.
• Experience in European electoral contexts.
• Background in movement-building or digital organizing.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and voter targeting.
• Understanding of legal frameworks for political campaigns in Europe.
