Campaigns Director - Remote

Overview

Indivisible is looking for a Campaigns Director to lead and manage our non-partisan (c3) campaigns, focusing on network education and organizing in solidarity with communities under threat.

In Short

• Lead the development and implementation of non-partisan campaigns.
• Design campaigns that advance equity, inclusion, and justice.
• Support cohorts and sub-communities within the Indivisible network.
• Oversee campaign evaluation using data and metrics.
• Ensure commitments to solidarity, racial equity, and inclusion are integrated into all campaigns.
• Provide training, resources, and frameworks to group leaders.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with timely execution.
• Communicate effectively with staff and group leaders.
• Identify improvement areas within programs proactively.
• Demonstrate problem-solving abilities and deliver high-quality work.

Requirements

• Experience organizing for racial, immigrant, and/or gender justice.
• Proven ability to develop and manage effective campaigns.
• Success in managing and mentoring small teams.
• Experience designing and implementing collaborative programs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Alignment with Indivisible’s mission and progressive values.
• Comfort in a fast-paced environment and navigating ambiguity.
• Experience leading diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
