Overview

The Human Resources Business Partner provides human resources consultation, support and solutions to designated regional business units or functions, managing HR aspects of acquisitions and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 7+ years of HR experience, with 5+ in core HR functions.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with HR due diligence for mergers and acquisitions.
• Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) preferred.
• Knowledge of HR principles and employment laws.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage change and solve problems.
• Strong business acumen.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
