Overview

The Growth Marketing team at Chainguard is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own our lead nurture efforts, focused on converting existing database leads into pipeline opportunities.

In Short

  • Own the lead lifecycle from entry to closed won opportunity.
  • Manage nurture, email, and webinar programs.
  • Drive creative and audience strategy in collaboration with teams.
  • Use analytics to measure effectiveness and provide insights.
  • Assist with other growth initiatives as needed.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in B2B growth/demand generation marketing.
  • Experience in taking growth initiatives from 0-1.
  • Proven track record of running impactful webinars.
  • Strong project management skills for ownership of campaigns.
  • Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder alignment.
  • A data-driven marketing approach with a focus on optimization.
