Overview

Civitas Learning is looking for a strategic, data-driven, and creative Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale customer acquisition efforts. You’ll be responsible for driving sustainable growth of sales pipeline through experimentation, paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and conversion rate optimization. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to identify growth opportunities and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes.

• Develop and execute full-funnel growth strategies to acquire, engage, and retain customers.
• Create, produce, execute, and report on demand generation pipeline goals and performance.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop growth campaigns.
• Own and manage paid acquisition channels and budgets.
• Evaluate and manage digital and field event strategies.
• Plan and run A/B tests and multivariate experiments.
• Optimize website and landing page conversion funnels.
• Implement and refine marketing automation and email campaigns.
• Track KPIs and campaign performance metrics.
• Stay ahead of trends in growth marketing and user behavior.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation.
• Comfort with Demand Generation / Marketing Automation technology stacks.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Familiarity with Revenue and Account Based Marketing best practices.
• Ability to correlate analytics and adjust strategy accordingly.
• Demonstrated ability to craft engaging copy and messages.
• Ability to drive support for a strategy while collaborating with team members.
