Usability Analyst - Remote

Overview

Civitas Learning is seeking a Usability Analyst. As a Usability Analyst, you will be the advocate for a seamless and intuitive experience across our entire product. You will evaluate all new features to ensure they meet our high standards for usability, from fundamental interactions to complex, intelligent systems. A central part of this role involves humanizing our powerful AI capabilities and testing how they are integrated into core user workflows. Your user-centric expertise will ensure that our entire product, including its AI-driven core, is effective, cohesive, and easy to use.

Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating experience with usability testing.
• 1-3 years of experience in UX research or usability testing.
• Solid grasp of UX principles and research methodologies.
