Growth Marketing Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a sharp, hands-on, and highly analytical Growth Marketing Manager to lead and execute our growth marketing efforts across the conversion funnel. As a key individual contributor reporting to our Director of Marketing, you’ll act as a Swiss Army Knife — owning everything from demand gen, inbound, lifecycle and performance marketing to marketing operations, attribution and analytics.

In Short

• Own and execute the full-funnel growth marketing strategy.
• Report on key marketing metrics and continuously improve growth KPIs.
• Drive inbound pipeline through website optimization and A/B testing.
• Manage all paid acquisition channels including Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Support outbound GTM strategy with targeted email sequences.
• Design and manage full-funnel email campaigns.
• Manage Utila's marketing tech stack and ensure clean data flow.
• Own all marketing analytics and reporting.
• Run structured growth experiments for new channels and conversion tactics.
• 5+ years experience in B2B SaaS growth marketing is required.

Requirements

• Hands-on with AI tools for growth marketing.
• Deep experience with Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and attribution.
• Proficient with tools like HubSpot, Wordpress, SEMrush, GA4.
• Experience with website optimization and A/B testing.
• Strong analytical skills and experience building dashboards.
• Experience managing email marketing campaigns.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Self-starter mindset with a data-driven approach.
