We are seeking a Sales Lead for the LATAM region to drive new customer acquisition and expand our presence in the market.

  • Lead sales efforts in the LATAM region for a fintech startup.

  • Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Requirements

  • 3 to 4+ years in an institutional sales role focused on crypto and payments.
  • Ability to work independently and manage the sales process.
  • Deep understanding of the LATAM market landscape.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Preferred experience in high-growth startup environments.
  • Fluency in Portuguese is a plus.
