Senior Performance Marketing Manager - Remote

Overview

Brightwheel is seeking an experienced Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead demand generation within paid channels, as well as play a strategic role in earned channels and CRO initiatives for brightwheel.

In Short

• Own the strategy, execution, and analysis of paid acquisition channels.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Paid Search, Paid Social, display, and affiliates.
• Experience in a high growth, fast-paced environment.
• Manage vendors/agencies for paid media campaigns.
• Translate technical challenges for different audiences.
• Own end-to-end experience from impressions to upsell.
• Develop CRO roadmap and maximize performance.
• Collaborate with the internal marketing team for brand-aligned messaging.
• Drive channel forecasting and budgeting.
• Self-starter who takes ownership of assigned channels.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, SEM, programmatic, paid social, and/or CRO roles.
• Detailed knowledge of performance marketing strategies and tools.
• Proven ability to analyze data from multiple sources.
• Ability to deliver clear reporting to stakeholders.
• Track record of delivering excellent results.
• Growth mindset with a results-driven approach.
