Requirements

• Agile working: Passionate about e-commerce marketing.
• Experience: Minimum 3-4 years as a Performance Manager in the Meta Ads area.
• Languages: Excellent German (C2), English (B2 is a plus).
• Communication: Confident, empathetic, and transparent communication.
• Meta Ads: Solid experience with Meta Ads; knowledge of email marketing and TikTok is a plus.
• Analytics: Familiar with A/B testing and data-driven decisions.
• Customer relationships: Ability to build sustainable customer relationships.
• Continuous learning: Stay updated on growth strategies and marketing tools.
• Proactive structuring: Standard organization and structuring of analyses and meetings.
