Overview

Planful is looking for a Sales Development Manager to head up one of our SDR teams as we continue to scale. In this role, you will work closely with our current SDRs to uplevel their current skillset and continue honing their prospecting skills.

In Short

  • Hire, manage and mentor a rapidly growing SDR team.
  • Oversee lead generation: outbound prospecting, trade shows and other functions.
  • Discover, improve and execute new approaches to reach our audience.
  • Employ a consultative approach in assessing clients’ needs.
  • Work alongside reps on day-to-day processes and career development.
  • Define and identify best prospects from mid-sized to Fortune 500 companies.
  • Articulate Planful’s value proposition effectively.
  • Drive processes that scale for the SDR team.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle through a CRM system.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1+ year of prospecting-specific experience as an SDR.
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A natural leader with a track record of exceeding goals.
  • Process-oriented mindset.
  • Ownership mindset demonstrating drive and initiative.
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions to MM/enterprise companies.
  • Able to thrive in a small team environment.
