Senior Data Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Senior Data Analyst will work as part of a broader Data Science and Operations Quality team to deliver actionable insights that will ultimately drive brand performance, continuous improvement, and accountability to the guest experience.

In Short

• Develop, enhance, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau.
• Collect and analyze data to identify trends and patterns related to guest experience and operational efficiency.
• Create compelling visualizations to communicate complex data findings.
• Identify and implement internal process improvements.
• Build analytics tools to provide actionable insights into operational efficiency.
• Perform exploratory and prescriptive analyses to study category impact on NPS.
• Develop reports for teams to monitor performance.
• Create a centralized platform for hotel operations data.
• Leverage survey and CRM data for sentiment analysis.
• Utilize statistical models to assess relationships with customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelors in STEM fields including Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Analytics.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with analysis applications and coding (Python, R, SQL).
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
• Extensive experience with SQL and database concepts.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong experience with database systems, both SQL and NoSQL.
• Effective communication skills to convey complex findings.
• Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
