Overview

The Fleet Travel Administrator (LSA Pilot) is responsible for managing travel requests for contractors joining or leaving vessels, ensuring cost-effective bookings and compliance with travel policies.

In Short

  • Process LSA travel requests within 24–48 hours.
  • Book airline, hotel, and transfers cost-effectively.
  • Send travel confirmation details to relevant parties.
  • Manage changes and cancellations efficiently.
  • Coordinate with the air department for flight schedule changes.
  • Maintain the fleet travel mailbox and organize files.
  • Enforce travel policy guidelines.
  • Prepare project documentation and reports.
  • Manage ERS/IMS administration for travel requests.
  • Support the manager with special projects.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
  • Experience with Markview.
  • In-depth understanding of travel systems and processes.
  • 3+ years of prior administrative experience.
  • Experience in hospitality, cruise line, or travel industries preferred.
  • Strong critical thinking, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Availability for weekend coverage, if needed.
