Talent Acquisition Sourcer - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sourcer to support our high-volume hiring needs during a busy seasonal period. This role will focus on sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable managing multiple requisitions at once while delivering a positive candidate experience.

In Short

• Source candidates using various channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and applicant tracking systems
• Review resumes and conduct phone screens to evaluate qualifications, interest, and fit
• Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain up-to-date and organized records in the ATS
• Communicate with candidates regularly to keep them engaged and informed throughout the hiring process
• Work closely with hiring teams to understand staffing needs, timelines, and candidate profiles
• Support recruiting metrics and reporting for hiring progress and funnel tracking
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws
• Help streamline processes for efficiency during high-volume periods

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition experience (high-volume preferred)
• Familiarity with ATS tools and common sourcing platforms
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
• Customer-service mindset with a passion for providing a great candidate experience
• Experience in healthcare recruiting preferred
• Comfortable working a temporary role
