Quality Outreach Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a proactive and compassionate individual to support member engagement and outreach efforts during a busy seasonal period. This role focuses on connecting with members to improve their access to care, promote preventive health practices, and support overall wellness.

In Short

• Conduct outreach to members to help them overcome barriers to care.
• Provide education on the importance of routine care.
• Support initiatives to improve member satisfaction and health outcomes.
• Assist members with scheduling medical appointments.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve care-related challenges.
• Conduct calls related to health and wellness surveys.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in a healthcare, outreach, or member support role.
• Comfortable working directly with members.
• Familiarity with healthcare systems is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred.
